Who we are

Neurolinks Growth Centre was created from a shared passion for supporting neurodivergent children, young people, and families with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance.

Led by Anne Sturgess and Esther Roberts, alongside a team of experienced practitioners and educators, Neurolinks combines decades of expertise across education, special education, coaching, neuroscience, and learning support.

The team believes that people do not need to be “fixed.” Instead, they focus on helping individuals understand their strengths, recognise challenges, and develop practical strategies that support confidence, wellbeing, and growth.

Their work is grounded in the belief that every person is already whole, and that meaningful change comes through awareness, understanding, and supportive guidance.

How we help

Neurolinks supports children and young people who may be experiencing:

✔ ADHD and executive functioning challenges
✔ Dyslexia and literacy difficulties
✔ Giftedness and twice-exceptionality
✔ School-related overwhelm or anxiety
✔ Organisation and study difficulties
✔ Emotional regulation challenges
✔ Low confidence or frustration around learning

Rather than focusing only on difficulties, the team helps children and families better understand their unique wiring and develop practical systems and strategies that work in everyday life.

Their approach is calm, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping young people feel more capable, understood, and empowered.
