Brianna Amy
As a creative arts practitioner, Bri enjoys designing and facilitating programmes grounded in holistic, neuro-affirming, and somatic approaches.
She began with a Bachelor of Performing Arts and has continued with extensive personal study in neuropsychology, child development, and mentorship.
Receiving diagnoses of ADHD and Autism in early adulthood was a pivotal moment that transformed her personal and professional life, worldview, and understanding of self. This lived experience continues to guide her toward a career supporting people to live beyond the limits of boxes, labels, and harmful narratives, and to flourish in their truth, expression, and personal power.
Bri is also passionate about musical theatre, singing, acting, dancing, poetry, photography, writing, reading, listening to music, being in nature, and finding joy in the everyday… the list goes on!
Bri aligns with this whakataukī:
Mā te tuakana te teina e tōtika, mā te teina te tuakana e tōtika. The older will lead the younger and the younger will lead the older.
