    Each session is 2 hours and includes a presentation on topics and themes associated with parenting a child with ADHD, followed by conversational sharing. From time to time guest speakers will also be invited to share their knowledge and expertise.

    These small-group sessions (3–6 students) are designed to help you get organised, stay on track, and feel more in control of your learning. Together, we’ll break down assignments, plan ahead for assessments, and build practical strategies for managing deadlines, notes, and study time - without the overwhelm.

    The sessions are supportive, low-pressure, and focused on real school demands. You’ll leave with tools you can actually use, along with greater confidence in how to approach your work.
